I have decided to get myself in shape this year and so have dusted off the cross trainer and started using it. I do at least 20 minutes if not 25, 6 days a week, averageing around 9k. When can i expect to see some results?!! I am starting to get rather despondent. I am by no means huge, a UK size 12-14 but currently i'd say at the top end of the 14! And i certainly dont gorge myself everyday. I have been using the machine for over 2 weeks and want results NOW!!
