You can't as you are a newbie, or have a green username. You need to have been registered for 2 years and be a Platinum member, there are ony 26 of us, one gets elected evey 3 years

no i keep getting banned before i reach the grey stage. so how do you do it when you reach the grey stage?

those of us in grey stage get a welcome pack from the Ed. Amongst all the freebies there are the direct line numbers and passcodes for reporting.

As 4GS said the 26 of us platinum members get a password which when typed into a reply immedately bans the original poster. Its quite clever really.
