can anyone tell me how to clean my Swarkovski crystal necklace, as it has lost it's sparkle. thanks in advance

Crystal Jewellery
We have a range of stud earrings, which are made from Austrian crystal. These come in the shape of cubes, stars or hearts. We also have a selection of jewellery with silver and Swarovski crystal. If the crystal needs cleaning they should be cleaned gently with mild soapy detergent and a soft brush.

thanks for your answer. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\my necklace is strung and I have tried soapy water, mild detergent etc, but it is still dull
