Do you eat liver pate???

Liver is a great meat, rolled in flour with garlic and streaky bacon in a west country gravey with mased pots and green beans!!!!

I believe liver is also on the menu of many posh restaurants nowadays.

And due to the high iron content is good for women when the painters and decorators are around.

Liver, kidneys, hearts, ALL lovely.

The only part of the cow or sheep I do not eat is tripe guts.

I`d rather starve to death than eat liver or kidney.. During the WW2 I was forced to eat it and haven`t had it since.
