Points put on licence

My bf had to hand in his driving licence to get points put on it, how long should this take? We're in no rush to get it back but it seems to be taking longer than we thought

Disco Fever

Normally when you hand your licence in to the filth they then send it to the DVLA to have your points put on and it normally takes about a week to get it back...

Thanks, they've definitely had it too long then! (three months)

Chase them now. I never got mine back, they claim it was posted but it did not arrive. They have to chase the post office if this happens. In my case neither the police, DVLA or PO could care less.
