Cannot sign in on answerbank

Been a member for nearly a year and since august I have only been able to sign in once or twice.
I checked with tech @answerbank & they say I should have cookies enabled. Yes I do, but still cannot sign in!!! and cannot obviously ask any questions. ( On another compy at mo) . I have tried registering again and second acccount doesn't work either. I've looked at help web sites and a post perhaps suggested norton securiy might be responsible .

Can anyone help me , this is soooo frustrating! Thank you.

lots of users have had problems signing in recently on the AB site and the Beta AB site but yours seems extreme if its been since August. Do you regularly delete your temporary internet files and cookies? it might help if you do.
Norton security however is a useless piece of crock and I wouldnt give it the time of day but dont know if its to blame or not.
Okay its nice to know that I've not been alone, thought it was just me! Yes, I do delete the stuff you advised.
However, I have been able to get on today on all 3 accounts I have so maybe the powers that be have listened to my third email! TA!
