Perhaps Henry Fielding who was a novelist...all the others are fictional characters or places in books.

Is the answer Henry Fielding , because the other names contain an expanse of water (were they spelt correctly) ?

I have put fielding but its more a stab in the dark - I could even link 3 of them to the league of extraordinary gentlemen, then seen some bizarre reference to the word blue
