You certainly post some strange questions, Filthiestfis ;-)

When talking to foreigners, I've sometimes referred to things like black pudding, or even tripe, as British delicacies but it's never occurred to me that the tomato sauce from value baked beans could be referred to as a delicacy! If I didn't know that you're a fella', I'd have to ask if you're pregnant ;-)

It's the sugar content in baked bean sauce that makes most of the difference between brands. (Heinz beans, for example, contain 5% sugar by weight, whereas Morrison's beans contain 8.7%.

LOL Buenchico...this is a question aimed at Gravitate, who, under different guises has recently been stating in different answers that tomato sauce from value baked beans should be used, as a replacement for pasta sauce, for example. Lovely.
Ah but you seem to be forgetting that gravitate posts random nonsense most of the time.
