Alan Carr's Celebrity Ding Dong

I watched approximately two minutes and forty seconds of this before I HAD to switch it off.

What a load of "Celebrity" gratifying, public humiliating rubbish. For the public team to be called "Civilians" was pathetic to start with, and then for Alan Carr to extract the urine out of their Glaswegian (spelt right?) accents.

It annoyed me loads!

they called them civilians because he was taking the p1ss out of Liz Hurley who called "non celebs" civilians?

i will try it again this Friday but i wont hold my breath?

I might try it again, It would have been funnier if they insulted the "celebrities" I think though.

I agree :ACE: mind you, i did hear him take a swipe at TPT about her nose. We would all rather see the celebs get a dig seeing as those of us at home watching it are "civillians"
I do love Alan Carr though, he just makes me laugh as soon as i look at him, but i do understand he's a love or hate sort of chap lol

Alan Carr is about as funny as finding out you have an incurable disease, the camp comedian has been done before and it wasn't funny then.

He's just as bad as his namesake, Jimmy "all my gags are scripted very badly" Carr

I have never liked him and often had to turn him off as I find him so grating. His stupid voice. Why does he think he has to talk that way, to appear more camp?? What?? But who talks like that? He ruined The Friday Night Project just by being on it. I really love Justin Collins though so watched it until he became too unbearable.

I wouldn't even turn his show on.

I've got to say jedimistress, The whole JLC and Alan Carr fake homosexuality relationship thing that they use to do ALL the way through The Friday Night Project was properly annoying!

I couldn't watch it anymore with them both presenting it

..... but I quite liked it! I love Alan Carr, and I thought that the show was very tongue in cheek. It wasn't as funny as I thought it would be I admit but I think the guests left a lot to be desired; Chris Moyles didn't seem that comfortable next to TPT, and aside from Chris, whether you like him or not, none of the other celebs are exactly recognised for their sparkling personalities. Perhaps if they had better (funnier) guests, the show would be better. It must be difficult trying to make this funny with such dull guests.
