In Mondays Corrie, I don't know if I missed something, but when Tony let himself into Carla's home, why did he put a knife on the working top?

yeah i agree with you both, lol, i was just joking about the beef thing. i think they were trying to add a bit of tenseness to get us viewers sitting on the edge of our seats! lol

Thanks for your thoughts. I thought he had left it there so that Carla would pick it up and stab him, but when she went to get the instrument out of the car, I thought it must be there for something else although goodness knows what. It didn't have me sitting on the edge of my seat, it just had me sitting there thinking what the ---- had he done that for, and we didn't find out if there was an actual reason.Very strange!
