has anyone EVER seen the Wembley roof move ???
in all the time this New Wembley has been in use, in any sport, ive never seen the roof closed !!
does the roof work ?

Don't think it has been closed for a match yet, it was hosing down for the recent american football game but still wasnt closed, the atmosphere at Cardiff's millennium stadium was even better with the roof closed because of the enclosed noise

i was there for the play offs last season.. it was bloody cold, wet and windy..the roof wasnt closed then either !
i thought the idea of having a sliding roof is for supporters comfort.
the Millenium stadium close their roof so we know it does work.. i think Wembley are ripping us off by claiming to be the largest stadium in the world with a sliding roof !

Fairly sure the Wembley roof hasn't been completed yet...not sure though...

he roof does not fully close. This is a myth. It only retracts a little bit to let more sun in.
