Sugar......
7 Answers
I don't have a sweet tooth, so subsequently i don't often have sugar in my diet. I often get really bad lows. I feel weak and dizzy and it can be only cured by sugar.
I went to the doctors about this when i was 17, and he diagnosed hypoglycaemia. I've read a little about this and it seems more prevalent amongst younger men.
Can i still have this at 37? or is it something else?

An excellant source of quick yet lasting energy is a banana.DON'T have sugar.....that just creates a cycle whereby you will feel better quickly and then have a low. Eating often will help to stabilise your blood sugar levels.
