i was attacked when leaving work one eveing and a woman ran behined me as i got into my mothers car (passenger side) when she smashed my head into the car this ending in my face splitting open then she preceeded to drag me to the floor from the back and jump on top og me to further attack me by punching me to the face her friend (witness for this girl when later took to court) then kicked me also to the face. my mothe pulled her off me allowing me to stand on my feet. by this point she turned away and the the scene of the attack so i followed her to find who she was and who i had done to sustain the injury in which i had then a few yards away from 1st attack she stuck again this time i fought back with her resulting in a fight. after this took place i am took in for an interview under caution and charge with abh the attacker became the victem my sencentaning is on the 11th april i have got a record which is arson dunken disorderly but no assults til of late could you tell me the pently of what i could be facing for me defending myself against a mindless thug.

how can you running after her be a form of defense? why didnt you and your mum leave the scene and call the police?
