Linking up LCD TV to other stuff
5 Answers
I currently have an old portable TV that is wired up to my video and Telewest box. I have had a LCD TV and DVD player sitting for over a year as I knew that I would get myself into a mess wiring them all up.
I want to have both the video and the DVD player so is there a 'correct' order in which to link them?
TV -> video -> DVD player -> telewest receiver?
Any help appreciated.

hi,
The key is to tell us how many scarts your tv has. If it's only got one then you may need a scart switcher unit to give you the best combinations, but if it has two or more then you're sorted. one option is (assuming telwest is a single tuner unit)
Telewest VCR out into vcr
TV out into scart1
DVD out into tv scart 2
Aerial loop from digi box into vcr into tv
Or you could try this connection wizard
