Mobile phone message

Just got a message from a +44 number, but when i try to read it, it just says Incompatible message.I only get the option to delete or go back.
Any ideas how i read it?

the +44 just means its a UK number
It its incompatible you wont be able to read the message, apart from the +44 is the remainder of the number one that you know? substitute the +44 with a '0'

Nah i dont recognise the number. i might ring it from work tomorrow.

Because the idea is to send you a message you can't read in the hope that you'll reply to the number. Only then will you realise that you have been scammed and face a huge bill for your troubles.

Also, i thought it might be off some woman who dialled my number randomly, wanting to go on a date :(
