Hi. Well, firstly, with regards to the laptop. The best kind of second hand laptop you could get is... any type you want! This is a personal opinion, but I wouldn't pay more than 100 for a second hand one. In my experience, windows are the best OS (operating System) to be implemented on a computer as they're easiest to use.

Secondly, if you want to use the internet over there, you need to have a laptop which is wirelessly enabled. Usually, this requires a Wireless Network Card (you may have to buy this seperately) or on the newer Laptops especially, they will alredy be wirelessly enabled (Wireless networking capapbilites built in)

And finally, if your laptop is wirelessly enabled, one way or another, you will be able to run the internet!!! AS LONG AS there is Wireless Intrenet Acecess available in that area. (Internet Cafes etc) If there is NOT WIRELESS Internet access in the vacinity, you cannot access the Internet on a Laptop, or similar portable divice.

I hope this has helped you, and if you need anything else, just ask!

Yes you can! You can buy a usb dongle that connects to the internet using the same satellites as mobile phones.

Where there is a mobile phone signal there will be a signal.

Hugely expensive though - vodafone for example is 15 per month at least (depending on the contract) and and extra 9 per day for using it abroad.
