I know Im late on the comp this morning but I have been up since 6.30 even though its my day off, in fact 3 days off. Heavenly.......lazy....(I wish) A thousand and one things to do as always
Weathers nice up here in Yorkshire, which is a nice change. Its supposed to be snowing again at the weekend or at least very wintery. Its our 34 wedding anniversay on Sunday and we were hoping to go out walking on the York moors with a picnic. Dont think we`re going to need a coolbox ! !
Have a good day everyone. Must get going otherwise I could spend all day on here.

Bigmamma, pulmonary rehabilitation classes are mainly for people diagnosed with COPD but can be of benefit to anyone with a lung complaint of any type as long as there is no accompanying heart disease. It is a 6 week course of fitness exercises and information to help improve overall health and give you an understanding of the limitations caused by the condition. They also give you end of life advice such as making a living will and advice on arranging funerals.Cheerful or what?lol.Family are also welcome to some of the sessions.
Oh , I see daffy , I did that course of classes about 2 years ago at the hospital physiotherapy department . I found it good for meeting other COPD people and getting to know them over the weeks , but didn't feel any fitter after the 6 weeks ,though I expect that's not the idea of them .I found that by the time I got the buses up to the hospital , had the class , got buses back home , I was tuckered out ! xxxxx
