Morning all, I'm here! I've been up since about 6.30, it's frosty here but lovely and bright. The cats didn't stay out for too long this morning, think it was a bit chilly for them lol. Can't blame them really, I'd prefer to be sleeping on the sofa with the heating on more than playing in a frosty back garden to be fair.

Its cold but sunny here. Ive been up since 6 and dont start work until 11 so might do a bit of family tree digging for an hour or two. Is anyone else doing their family tree ?

Morning burston, yes im a member on genes reunited.Im going great guns on my mothers side of the family,ive gone back to 1710, but on Dads side im totally stuck.

Are you a also a member of Ancestry.com. I find it very useful.
Im no expert even though Ive been doing family trees for both fathers side and mothers side for mine and my husbands family but if I can help you with anything, I will If I can.
Its great fun isnt it. Its taken us all over the country and come up with some amazing facts.

Good morning to you all - anyone seen bigmamma this morning? She usually posts early - I hope she's okay.
I had to leave early this morning to do my "other" job and had to drive through countryside - it's absolutely beautiful out there now, too nice to be stuck in an office which is where I am now.
Natalie - my cats go crazy when it's frosty for some reason.

morning, it was cold lastnight wasnt it, apparently Monday night the coldest April night on record. I went swimming. Brrrr and get this because I couldnt get into pool at usual time I was given free swim. So free swim for getting in late, but when I get locked in absolutely nothing. Go figure

Morning everyone! It's a bit chilly here in YORK but it looks like it will be a nice day once it gets going. I am going to try sort my garden out abit I think as it badly needs grass cutting etc. Oh I cant wait for the summer lol xx

Hiya all.
It is sunny here just now, I've put a load of washing on optimistically hoping it will dry on the line!
My cat stayed out overnight for the first time last night, though not my choice, I tried to get him in but he was not about, anyway, he came back about half an hour ago and he was freezing! At least I know he is well settled here now, I still can't get over how easy it has been to get him settled!!

Dot, why dont you put a cat flap in?I wpuld be lost without ours as the dog uses it too.
