hearing
after waiting for 2 years finally had the hearing wed, went well barrister was pleased, said I was very confident and never got flustered (helps when you are telling truth) ex was very stuttery and barrister ripped into him, ex accused me of forgig his signature on a letter and adjudicator asked what steps he had taken to prove 'my guilt' he replied, none, adjudicator said if such a 'crime' had been committed surley he would of had it analysed, ex just shook his head!! as time was running out, rather than have to set another days hearing he has given both sides 14 days to put further evidence forward then he will make a decision, he said the decision would be black or white. So again I now have to wait and see what the adjudicators decision is as to whether he can enter a restriction on the property for a beneficial interest or trust.
In the meantime I have taken the decision to have his signature analysed by an expert so I can use it as further evidence. I know its up to the accuser to get this done, but obviously he wont and i dont like to be accused of something I have not done.
