Have you thought about the NEC 616e on the 3 network its a camera & video phone you can make & send videos and make video calls.They cost �44.99 which includes �15 credit,I've just bought one and its great.

And the e616 is also the size and weight of a brick with an exceedingly poor battery life.

Sony Ericsson T610/T630 is just about the greatest all-rounder ever crafted. If you have a bit more cash, go for the K700 at about �150
