Humax PVR good or bad???

Ran out of space on th previous question whic may have gone to Home and Garden" how not sure. To continue whilst going behind the TV on hands and knees I must kneeled on the phone and cut myself off .On straightning myself I noticed the PVR was now working and have since installed all the bits and pieces and it is still working like a dream.
Just for reversing the scart lead which came in the Humax package. What do you think of, HUMAX customer care??. On my next trip out I`m going to Havent with my sledge hammer

I think they must have the patience of saints if they could deal with the sort of person who not only posts in entirely the wrong category, but then adds a continuation in a different category, without losing their tempers. :-)

fs - If reversing the scart lead solved the problem, it would suggest that at least one end was not fully pushed home in the first place. Scart leads are not unidirectional.
