kebabs ! ?

Can anybody tell me the true content of kebab meat at all is it all 100% lamb ?

It also contains the odd fly - especially in summer. The flies will come in sit on the meat and munch away and as the skewer spins around..... it'll get fried.

I've had beef kabobs, too, but I think if not specified, they are supposed to be lamb.
