Ethel is right. Quite a few students on this site need to wise up. You will NEVER be able to offer quality legal advice to a client by cheating throughout your degree. Get out of the pub and get into the law library.
By the way, it's an easy question. It's only asking you to read TWO cases for goodness sake, assess the reasoning of each decision, and argue a yes or no! I sense there is a clue in the large gap between the dates too - hint hint!
