hi, I have a pda, with tom tom software on a disc from 2004. my back up battery went flat and when I try to re-load and run the software it is giving a code "AAHAC 93Z2W",and a message to go to the tom tom web site and get another code. I've been on the site, but can't see any mention of codes.
any ideas?

best to contact a supplier i had same happen to mine, and it just resets itself to factory settings.
