Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

1 Thomas Chalmers led the Disruption which formed the Free Church in 1843 (Google for more info)
2 Wallace was defeated at Falkirk in 1298 by the English army so presumably Edward ! was after his blood from then. I doubt the Scots (I'm one) ever regarded him as an outlaw.

To ANDROCLES yes we have heard of Google
and YES we do use it, but sometimes we don't
have the time to read through the whole thing to
get a simple answer so that IS why we come on
to ANSWER BANK to ask OUR friends, who by
the way are willing to answer without being
SARCASTIC

"Who founded the Free Church of Scotland" typed into Google produce the answer given by your friend as second item, and it appeared on the screen.

The question an William Wallace produced an equally immediate answer, so what's your problem? There was hardly anything massive to read..... it's not exactly rocket science!

The reason I challenged you is because I suspect your friends googled it to give the answer to you!

Poortony, can I just advise you that MANY people use this site, and the point made about google was perfectly valid. As a frequent user - no, make that frequent answerer - of questions on here, I get amazed and frustrated by the stupidity of some people and some of the questions asked when the answer could be found quite easily just by a google. Blimey, half the questions that appear in certain sections could be answered just by doing a search on this site!!. If a question is intended for some little clique of friends, might I suggest emails or MSN being used instead of an OPEN forum.
