Do you need to declare all neighbour disputes?
We want to move from our house but have twice called the police once about kids hanging around outside being ASBOs in training and the other about our cars having things chucked at them while they were parked. As neither of these complaints were about a specific neighbour do we need to declare it to our solicitor when we move under the "disputes with neighbours" part. If we have to and don't then what kind of penalty are we likely to incur - I realise there is the potential we'll get sued but by how much?

If you don't declare it and the people who buy your house have problems with the same thing, or if, for example house prices drop in that road because of the antisocial behaviour, and they find you knew about it but didnt tell them, they could start proceedings against you for the difference

I have personal experience in this area, and successfully won a case for misrepresentation on the grounds that the previous owners lied on the SPIF when declaring neighbour disputes.
