I have been in placement for 2 years and 4 months. I am finally getting my stuff together. I ma on a chins and my mom trusts me.. What do I do when she wont agree with anything they say??? and wont listen...

It is something they put your kid on and then the state has ultamate control whether you like it or not.. I have learned alot.. I am just like my mom. I have changed so much and so has she.. I just don't know what to do when she gets so worked up about the things she can't control.. Can you please help me.. I would like to hear what you have to say becasue more opinions would help try to make things better.
Iam 15 teen years old.. Placement is like a place where they put kids and take them out of the home for there own behaviors not the parents.. Now they are seeing it wasnt just me it was also my mom.. Me stepping in her foot steps got me here. I live at The Davenport School, NFI north, NAFI programs..
I take it you are in the US? This is mainly a British site (.co.uk rather than .com) so you may not find the answers you want.
And what do you mean when you say your mother won't agree with anything they say - who are they and who isn't she listening to? Do you know what kind of problems she has - is it a mental health issue? You do sound as if you need help, but it is hard to understand what you are asking.

Do you have anyone you can talk to - a friend, relative or someone in the court system? I'm sure you should be able to find someone who could help. Being in the UK I don't know how the system would work for you so can't give any specific advice. We do sometimes get people on here posting from the US, but they obviously haven't found your question. It must be frightening for you to see your mother losing control - try to stay calm yourself and not get drawn in, it will help her also.
