Am just wondering if i could get some opinions. Do you think that i'm eating too much cereal (sultana bran 100cals per 30 gram bowl). i eat four bowls a day. would anyone say thats far too much? im slim and watch my calorie intake, but ive noticed that its quite high in carbohydrates. would eating this much have any affect on me? thanks in advance x

i try and eat as healthy as possible then something else crops up somewhere about fat and carbs and it just got me thinking
theres 26.7grams in one bowl. just thought it sounded like alot?
According to the diagram here http://www.umm.edu/imagepages/1055.htm approximatelt 2/3 of your diet should be fruits,vegetables, grains and cereals. So limit the cereal a bit and add some more fruit and wholegrain bread.
I try to keep a balanced diet but it all goes to pot in the evenings when I crave chocolate. I've been eating dark 70% cocoa choc lately as I've heard its lower in fat and has anti-oxidents.
I don't see too much wrong with your diet hun, providing you try and eat protein and fresh vegetables as well.
PS) It's not just pasta's diet that's unbalanced!!! xxx

i love food, especially cake and crumble with custard, or choccie cake and custard (yum yum) but since going from 13 stone to 7 1/2 i try to limit the amount of goodies i eat so i dont get fat again.sad eh.
