apple i phone

hi having just got myself a new apple i phone
my question is there any way you can use one of the songs from my i tune as a ringtone as the ones on the phone are not what i like if it is possible how is it done

If you have a Mac, it's easy to do with Garageband.

I'm not sure about Windows machines though.
