Just had it recommended for helping with arthritic pain.

Am going to get some later but not sure what I can use it for.

Also heard honey is good, so any ideas for recipes with that too would be great.

Any ideas gratefully received.

Mix a little honey with a little cider vinegar, pour on hot water and stir, drink as a tea. Experiment with quantities unil you get the blend you like best.
