Nostalgia

I wanted to post a thread to ask what things from the past bring back memories. Like Triang toys, pacamac rainwear, certain smells triggering oldmemories. Couldn't find a suitable category to post my question so haven't done so. How abou a category caled "Nostalgia"? Thanks in advance

When I see films or videos from a certain era, say the 1970's, I smile (or grimace) at the fashions and hairstyles of the time (bell bottom trousers, platform shoes, etc)......

PS - You'd get a better response to this sort of Q in *Chatterbank*, so why not repost it there ?

Or, you could use this category for your Nostalgia Category. Afterall, it's not like the Editorial Team take any bloody notice of any genuine suggestions put to them here anyway.

They probably wouldn't notice for years.

Hi Netibiza, Can't see anything in CB that you refer to. Are you winding me up. Having looked at Chatterbank and some of the content, somehow I'll give it a miss. I doubt I would get any sensible replies.

Thanks Netibiza for clarifying things. I spent quite some time last night looking at Chatterbox content, but still feel it is not for me. Seems to be dominated by a few whose names crop up time and again, often with real drivel. Perhaps it depends on the time of day a question is put on.
