watched this horror film years ago. a girl comes back to haunt her family. her siblings tie her shoe laces together in the back of a car, the car sets on fire she dies and then haunts her family. i remember she hurts somebody with a pizza cutter, also she leads a child onto a roof. what is the name of this film?
