kids make up

hi all my niece is 3 in a couple of weeks and has asked for a make up set like her aunties who is 8. although she is too young, does anyone know of any kids make up that is ok for her skin.

I think 3 is a bit young for her own make-up. Think of the mess (and not just on her). My 7 year old daughter was given a bumper set in a case for Xmas and the whole lot ended up in the bin after it bought her out in a rash from head to toe.
