Epson 64 printer

HI

I have downloaded the drivers 19787 & 19815eu to install an Epson stylus 64 on to Win XP but on the print preferences page where there are 5 different options number 1 (Status monitor) and number 5 (Ink cartridge replacement) are both greyed out. Also there are 2 desk top icons missing, I would be most grateful for any help

As you state, you have only downloaded the drivers. The Status monitor is a separate download to be found on Epson`s site at the following URL :-http://esupport.epson-europe.com/SoftwareListing.aspx?ln g=en-GB&data=D838008D4AD5F34ED333EA074D61BC62DF72E1A 191FA7888445376D942B82ED0

Look through the Epson site for any other missing software.

Thanks for replying to my question, the 2 drivers were installed from a CD, please can you tell me what I do to install the Status monitor download from the Epson web site
