My daughter is at full time college. Her father pays mainainance - who should get this, me or my dausghter?

Well I assume your daughter now buys her own clothes, etc., so she should perhaps have some of it, but unless your daughter also buys her own food, then you should have a portion of it as well, if she's strill living at home.
if u are still providing for her then u should have it x
Personally I feel maintenance is for general expenses that are incurred by everyday life and clothes and rent etc are part of those general expenses. Maintenance should go into the household budget and not be given to your daughter for her own personal use unless she is going to give you a % to pay for food, rent, clothing etc.
It's for you if you maintain your daughter.
