hi,when i open up my e-mail on outlook,i have to click on send/recover and this promts a pane to come up saying your e-mail has not responded in 60 secs,so i have to type my password in at least 15-20 times then it will eventually recieve mail,any help would be appreciated thanks,

Hi,
Looks like something is corrupted. If I were you I'd delete outlook then reinstall it. If you don't have a disk you can get it from the internet
