I wanted the nice ex army guy to win :(

Not sure about the ones in the final, going on past performance he seems to like the younger, quieter more mouldable ones like Alex.

Other than that Claire maybe but think she might be a bit too much for what he wants, essentially and Apprentice. If you look are the seemingly older more capable ones like Christina, the Badger who lost out to Simon and Michelle.

Lee is more of a grafter and Helene is too bland and corporate.
