marks and spencers returns
7 Answers
i have heard that any clothing returned to marks's is shredded so that it cannot be re-sold. Does anyone know if this is true or just an urban myth? - like the one that stated that Mc Donalds threw away any food that wasn't sold within five minutes!

Good customer service me thinks, not sure how its completely good for business though. I cant imagine the shredding thing is true.
Regarding the mac donalds chucking food away after 5 mins there is a time limit they can keep a burger etc out and made for before they do put it in the bin, same as burger king!!! i think burger kings is about 20-30mins!! im not so sad that i have asked this but when i was younger i worked in burger king for a yr and macy's for a day!!
