This programme really cheeses me off. They take stupid women who have been abusing their bodies (usually by smoking) then do loads of cosmetic surgery on them. Here's an idea. Take a picture of them...do a computer simulation of what they could look like. Then tell them to give up smoking for a year to pay for it themselves. Bring back Gok Wan!!!!!! At least his subjects only sin is to be curvy. AAAARGH

I agree with Bimbo, It's a reward for abusing yourself this woman was 44 and looked years older it's unfair to compare her with 60 year olds as they all look after themselves. Nature wasn't very kind to her in the first place with her nose and chin but the experts did a good job. I hope she appreciates what has been done for her and doesn't lapse back into her old ways of dressing, smoking etc.
