Sounds good enough for a wine cellar to me Lakitu.

I got taken to a wine tasting last week (by an ABer called winebyer, who hangs around in Food And Drink).

So now I am a leading authority!!! :-))

Hole in the ground in Summer (that's a couple of weeks in August)
Bucket in Winter
A couple of hay bales until we give them to the livestock to keep them going throuth winter (see above)
