I am currently taking up carpet in my refurb, revealing old newspapers underneath. These are from the mid eighties.

Hooked on reading them. What a joy. Saner and happier times indeed.

If you look hard enough in the papers stokemaveric there is the occasional story to lift the gloom. But not nearly enough of them....

lol unhappychick i will try....i know what you mean bout the ''deep'' conversations me and my sister usually get involved in those ghosts,ufos,meaning of life and death etc etc and yes you are right it does rather make you a little subdued.................
