If you are new to the interent (and I can only assume you are) then Google is a great friend.

Go to the Google site (www.google.co.uk) and you can search for anything.

Just search for "flickr" and you find the site straight away.

all said page not available

I'll bet that you made the same mistake anyone can make, even an "expert" and typed flickr etc into the address bar instead of the search box. I've done it and I'll bet most every one else has as well at some time.
