small parking cones

I recently bought a flat and was allocated a(safe parking space. I have not moved into the flat yet but each time go there I find someone else parking there. When I complained to the landlord he advised me to buy some small parking cones and put them in place when the car is not there. The people who park there may not be aware that the flat has now been sold and do it innocently. I could put a notice on their windscreen but I do not want to cause bad feelings rigth from the start. I rather buy the cones and put them there. But where can I buy them? Anyone has any ideas?

I'd go with the note on the screen actually. No need to be nasty if you think it's innocent, just say please be aware that the space comes with the flat and as from whenever you will be moving in and using it.

Cones will get nicked anyway.

or even just tell the person if he parks in your space again youll burst him

park behind the car in your spot leaving a notice on your own window saying your flat number. then when they go to leave they will have to knock at your door for you to let them out. they should get the message then.
