audi cabriolet roof repair

I have a 1997 audi cabriolet 2.6, and my (manual) roof has got a rip in the rear plastic windscreen. I'm hoping I can just get the screen replaced - any suggestions how and where? And ideas of cost? In case that is practical, any suggestions of how to avoid paying audi thousands of pounds for a new roof? Thanks.

Not sure what area you are in but there are two motor trimmers I know of in N London / Herts that are good and also not too expensive.

 HRS Autotrim are on 01992 451622, B-Trim I cant find number for but are Enfield / Edmonton borders. Good luck.
