never liked it before, but watched it tonight, filmed in front of a live audience (is this new?)

thought it was so funny....

so my question is.........was this a one off..........in the way it was filmed?

Yes the episode you saw was a repeated one from the newest series first shown about 3 months ago. They recorded a live episode in front of an audience. The subsequent 5 or 6 episodes are pre recorded and just as enjoyable.

I've been a fan of 2 Pints since the very beginning, although it took re runs of the first and second series to get me really hooked. I don't think the new series is quite the same without Johnny though.

Just to clarify, it has ALWAYS (I'm pretty sure) been filmed in front of a studio audience. as are a lot of these sitcoms.

This show (the one you mention) was actually BROADCAST totally live on it's first showing. So basically what you see is what happened on the night, no out takes, retakes, or anything like that.
