Hiya,
I'm looking to get hair extensions but dont want to go to a salon as it costs a fortune and im likely to only have them in for a few weeks.
I live in Berkshire so if anyone knows where i can get blonde extensions on the cheap that look good - let me know.
Thanks.

I bought some from a website http://hothair.co.uk/home.php?cat=303 they are in the style of jessica simpson. They are so easy to use and are very secure. You couldn't keep them in continually for 2 weeks but they are so easy to put in and take out you could put them in of a morning and take them out at night. They are only around 70 for a set and I have owned my for over a year and swear by them. Good luck with the search x

Hi bunnydeluxx, I was in a similar position to you a few months ago and I decided to go for clip in extensions rather than the glue in ones and they're brilliant! They're dead easy to put in, you just fit them under your layers of hair, and the clips snap shut so even if someone pulls your hair they're unlikely to fall out.
I bought mine from a shop in Leicester for 18, plus 4 for the clips which I sewed on separately, and I still have half of the packet of extensions left, so it was a right bargain!! The shop I got them from specialised in extensions and afro carribean hair products, and I see lots of similar shops in other cities around near me. Also, the superdrug and peacocks in Leicester actually stock hair extensions exactly the same as mine!! They're getting very popular so keep your eyes peeled. hope you find something!! xx

I wear Clipinz, which are available from a company called www.hairextensionsnow.com
My set were only about 35. You get three pieces which clip into your hair, and they blend in so well you cannot tell they're even there. It's real hair too, so it's great quality and you can wash, straighten and curl them.

Ethel, the idea made me cringe too at first, but I lost lots of hair after youths set fire to it on a public bus (I was wearing hairspray at the time too - whoops) so the extensions take me back to natural length, and I just find they give me much more confidence.
The only thing that I couldn't get over was the price! I can't believe that you can buy someones hair - like their entire head of hair - for 20! Plus the middle men take a lot, I guess, so the poor lady probably didn't get a very good deal at all. Oh dear :( I might stop wearing them..
