How did your 10K go today?

Mine went ok, but walked most of it, as I was doing it with a friend and she was in pain. Anyway, still managed to complete it and that's the main thing.

Hya velv belive it or not I was just about to post about you doing the 10k and well done to you are you buzzing now about acheving (scusse spelling) that most people have never done.

I done the 10k in just over 50 minutes and as I said yesterday the buzz that I got from it was unbeleavable.
