length of time before i can return to USA

If i have returned from America after about a five month stay via a J-1 visa how long do i have to wait before i can go back. I have had 4 J-1 Visas now and Visted once on a holiday in the last 5 years will i have any problems reentering and what are the best responses to get through imigration without a problem. I have no convictions or anything probably just being paroniod.
