The other night, I found a piece of melted plastic in a roll of toilet paper...I was bit bored, so I emailed a VERY tongue-in-cheek letter of complaint to the manufacturers. Lo and behold, I got a very serious reply today extremely apologetic and telling me they are sending complimentary vouchers for the inconvenience!!! lol Well, at least my bum is going to be pampered on the cheap! ;O)

i bought a bar of Twril, and realised that it was only one and a half in the packet so i sent it back to complain... they apologised and sent me a �10 voucher!!

another time i was having some toffee from Thorntons and inthe packet i noticed there were bits of metals stuck to some of the toffee, so i took it bk to where i bought it from, they took my details etc. couple wks later i got a �20 voucher!!
