Hi, ive been reading your latest Q & A REF VISA,S TO THE usa. I have done a search on criminal records for my self as i had a bad time when i was younger. The searches keep coming baclk as no records found. I am planning to go the the USA TO STAY WITH FRIENDS DOyou think i should just answer no as you have pointed out to other questions on the waiver form. Worried
One was for speeding, and another was for taking a coal lorry away and giving the coal to the pensioners ( i was drunk at the time). This was while i was a member of the armed forces
lol- did they make the pensioners give the coal back ?
that was a great gesture anyway even if you were under the influence.
Just answer no on the waiver form, they are looking for drug dealers etc not you.
i have a criminal record 26 years ago ive got my visa and it took just over 3 weeks to get. next year jan all who travel to usa will need a visa even if no criminal record. say no if you want to. wish i had would have saved me all the stress
